New 'SeaHaus Atlantik Residenz' Development to Launch in Porto's Foz do Douro
This autumn will see the launch of the SeaHaus Atlantik Residenz, a new residential development in the prestigious Foz do Douro area of Porto. The SeaHaus Atlantik Residenz was recently presented to an international audience in Manhattan, New York, at an event called "An Evening in Portugal." The showcase, which also featured another Porto development, the Val D’Ouro Palace, was promoted by Christie’s International Real Estate of New York in partnership with its regional affiliate, LUXIMOS Christie’s. The event targeted investors and families from North America with an interest in the Portuguese real estate market.

In a press release, Ricardo Costa, Partner and CEO of LUXIMOS Christie’s International Real Estate, commented on the project's launch. "The presentation of these projects in Manhattan reflects the international projection of Porto and the growing interest in our prime market," he stated.
