Kronos Homes Completes Distrikt Project in Parque das Nações, Lisbon
Kronos Homes, a prominent developer in the Iberian real estate market, has announced the completion of its residential project, Distrikt by Kronos, situated in the Parque das Nações area of Lisbon. The project involved an investment of over €125 million and has achieved a sales volume surpassing €180 million, making it the company's largest development in terms of both investment and sales value on the peninsula.
Rui Meneses Ferreira, CEO of Kronos Homes, commented on the project's strategic placement, stating, "The fact that one of our largest projects is located in Lisbon is no coincidence - it is part of our Iberian strategy, and the Portuguese capital has always been a key city for Kronos Homes." The architectural design was handled by the Spanish firm Morph Estudio. The project consists of four residential towers integrated into the modern landscape of Parque das Nações. The development contains 214 apartments, with layouts ranging from one-bedroom (T1) to four-bedroom (T4). According to the announcement, only 10 of these units are still available for purchase. The average sale price is approximately €800,000. The most exclusive penthouse apartment was sold for more than €3 million. The project also features public parking and extensive landscaped areas, contributing to the public amenities of the neighborhood.
