Dils markets three units in the Alto das Amoreiras office building in Lisbon
Dils, a real estate consultancy firm, has announced the marketing of three floors in the Alto das Amoreiras office building, a landmark asset located in one of the most sought-after and valued areas of the city of Lisbon for commercial and business uses. The building, owned by Mundicenter, reinforces the positive momentum of the office market in the Portuguese capital.
The marketed units total approximately 1,000 m² of gross leasable area (GLA), distributed over three floors. The strategic location of Alto das Amoreiras, in an area with strong demand for commercial and corporate spaces, was a determining factor for the success of this operation. This asset, which previously belonged to the CCP 5 Long-Life fund, managed by Tristan Capital Partners and with management in Portugal by Norfin Serviços, was reacquired by Mundicenter in December 2024.
