ABOUT THE COMPANY: English by birth, Paula Diz de Carvalho Zoio Labat immigrated to Mauritius in 1990 and her career in the property business started in 1993. By 1996, Paula founded her company Zoio Immobilier Ltd, which very quickly marked its territory amongst the most successful Property Agency on the island. When Mauritius opened up to foreign property investors a decade later, Paula Zoio Labat was invited to JV with international company "Pam Goldings Properties" and with whom she collaborated as both a Director and Shareholder for approximately 5 years. After a short break from the property market around 2011, Paula felt the need to touch base again with her natal country, Portugal, around 2018. After several visits to her home land and her interest in the Portuguese "Golden Visa" scheme, she rebranded her existing company to Zoio Labat International, and decided to refine her many years of property experience towards 'partnering' with Land Development Promoters, on both the advisory and marketing strategy viewpoint. MISSION STATEMENT From a "Buyer's perspective":- Our human body is the Temple for our Soul... and our "Home" (our house property) is an extension of this Temple. We thus approach the "Property matching process" here as almost an intimate journey into the buyer's needs. We therefore place a lot of emphasis on questioning our clients on their particular life journey, their own family stories and living aspirations, so we can fully understand their requirements & expectations. From a Seller's perspective": - Our key focus here is about developing unbending trust with our Selling Client / Property Promoter, and reinforcing on our professionalism & knowledge of this market, and that the adequate service will be delivered. Regular communication and feedback on actions taken, plays an important role from our perspective, into reassuring the Seller on our commitment to providing the level of professionalism he expects. GOING FORWARD In January 2020, with her 27 years of acquired experience in the Property Market abroad, Paula decided to settle back in her native country, Portugal, and in Cascais area. After a thorough study of the Portugal territory and its key players, Paula decided to work under the banner of KW Select in Cascais, a unique community of 200 professionals in the Real Estate Industry, specialised in Land, Residential and Commercial Development. In this fast-changing world with new markets emerging towards the end of 2020 and beginning 2021, KW Select offers thorough support logistics, legal and credible knowledge data from over 2000 professionals around the KW support team nationwide. We have thus redesigned our way of conducting business, adapting to the planetary shift and embracing new technology trends, so as to ensure optimal service and continuity of business to our clients during these challenging times ahead.
