About João Paulo Encarnação

Born in Cascais on May 13, 1982 and raised in Parede, I discovered a passion for the real estate market from an early age, having at the age of 19 my first experience in the field as a real estate consultant in a traditional agency called "RSP" in São Marcos.. After roughly 1 year and a lot because I was aware that the maturity I had at the time did not correspond to the degree of responsibility that the function demanded, I decided to change careers and graduated in cooking. This professional path has been long and exciting, having worked for 13 years from the North to the South of Portugal as a cook, sous-chef, head chef and even having owned 2 restaurants in the district of Beja - "a place where I met my wife Manuela and where my son Gabriel was born". After these 15 years of career in the kitchen, I decided to return to the real estate market, having represented as a consultant one of the most prestigious brands and agencies in Europe. From there, I decided to switch to another brand of enormous international prestige, where I stayed for 3 years, acting as Expansion Manager and, later, Comercial Director and Marketing Manager. As my last experience with this brand, in 2022, I decided to go back to being a consultant and create my own team, as the love of customer relations and the desire to help my customers in one of the most important moments of their lives is, without a doubt, one of the greatest pleasures I have in this professional field. Currently, I find myself in the largest real estate network in the world, Keller Williams (KW), and in KW PRO Beloura I find my true 2nd home, where growth, business sharing and also knowledge, experiences and moments are keywords. On my part, you can expect an honest and dedicated professional, with an enormous sense of responsibility and respect for the work to be done and a vast knowledge of the market, because, for me, even more important than making clients for life is to be remembered one day as someone who marked their lives in a very positive way.
