Carlos Andrade is a training engineer, and has developed my professional activity over more than 20 years in the area of building maintenance and industry. With responsibilities in commercial prospecting, negotiation and contract management, leadership and coordination of teams and customer monitoring, oriented in the firm objective of providing a service of proximity and excellence, facilitating solutions to the problems of its customers. With the experience accumulated over these years, in 2019, decides to become an independent professional by partnering with Keller Williams (KW) who has elected as the ideal partner for this purpose. He believes that a professional real estate service allows homeowners and buyers to make better decisions, based on accurate information, which will save them time and money. It is based on its professional and personal development in training that he attends assiduously and on the observation of the best practices of other colleagues with the Vision of becoming a reference for the service provided to clients and, as a partner in the real estate market, to other brands and agents.
